In addition to her extensive law practice, Ms. Kummer has been an arbitrator since 1998:  first with the NASD (now FINRA), and since 2007 with the AAA.  She has presided over more than 100 cases.  As a mediator since 2011, Ms. Kummer mediates both commercial and non-commercial cases, including dozens of "Storm Sandy" cases for the AAA, and has a settlement rate of over 70%.
